Shipping Methods
As you check out, you will have the following options for shipping:
- Delivery: Ship order through parcel, LTL, or FTL. Our team will determine how to get your order to you quickly, safely, and economically.
- Local Delivery: We deliver your order using our trucks if you're within our store's delivery area
- Pickup: Collect order at local store
Paying for Delivery
We offer free shipping if your order meets the following conditions:
- UPS Parcel: $600 order value, under 70 lbs total, and under 96 inches in length.
- LTL: $2,500 order value, under 26 feet in length, and brake drums and landing legs must be accompanied by other product lines
- FTL: $25,000 order value, under 53 feet in length
- Local Delivery: local delivery is free if you are within our delivery area
If you do not meet our free shipping criteria, you have 2 options to pay for shipping:
- Prepay and Invoice: If you don’t qualify for free shipping, we’ll find the best shipping method, prepay, and add it to your invoice.
- Freight Collect: Select a carrier from our list and we’ll use your customer account number to bill shipping
Please note that you will still be asked your payment preference at checkout even if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Returns
If your item is defective or you need to make a return, please contact your local branch to determine return eligibility and process.
